Gary Fuller: Founder & Principal Builder, ONE Residential Builders

Gary Fuller isn’t your typical builder. With more than 25 years in high-end residential construction, a degree in architecture, and a business background in Corporate America, Gary brings a rare combination of design insight, strategic thinking, and hands-on craftsmanship to every home he builds.

His path started at the University of Washington, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture and swam as a top-25 NCAA Division I athlete. That experience helped shape the focus, discipline, and team-first mentality he brings to his work today.

Before founding ONE Residential Builders, Gary spent 12 years in Corporate America with a privately held Fortune 250 company. His experience managing complex business operations gives him a unique edge in communicating with high-net-worth clients, coordinating large-scale projects, and running a construction business with transparency and professionalism.

Gary believes that each home is where the heart is, and dedicates himself to building each home as a sanctuary. He himself comes from a large family, which he credits with helping him understand the dynamics of busy households and how homes need to function for everyone who lives in them.

Today, Gary only takes on two projects at a time—usually custom homes ranging from $2.5 million to $20 million or major remodels. He stays deeply involved in all of his projects, personally managing every detail from the first design conversation to the final walk-through.

What makes Gary different

  • Architectural expertise: Gary holds a degree in architecture and blends form, function, and feel—often guided by Vastu Shastra principles.
  • Business-minded builder: His background in corporate leadership means projects are run with professionalism and clarity.
  • One-on-one experience: Gary is the builder, the supervisor, and the point of contact. No handoffs.
  • Team philosophy: He works with a tight-knit, trusted network of subcontractors—many of whom have written unsolicited testimonials praising his leadership and approach.

For Gary, building homes is more than a job—it’s a calling. Every project reflects his values, his energy, and his commitment to creating spaces where families can thrive.
