Who We Are

ONE Residential Builders is a small, hands-on construction firm based in Denver, specializing in high-end custom homes and major remodels. We do things a little differently—we take on only two projects at a time, so we can give each one the time, care, and attention it deserves.

Our founder, Gary Fuller, brings a rare blend of architectural training, business experience, and boots-on-the-ground building expertise. He’s personally involved from day one to move-in day, working directly with reliable subcontractor partners who share our philosophy and goals. That means no handoffs, no shortcuts, and no surprises—just a clear, steady process led by people who genuinely care about the work and the end result.

Building or remodeling a home can feel overwhelming. At ONE Residential Builders, we simplify the process by keeping it personal, transparent, and highly organized. Our new-build and remodel process isn’t just about what gets built. It’s about how we work with you—and how we make sure your experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We’ve built a proven, step-by-step process that guides clients from initial concept through move-in day.

1. Initial Consultation

We’ll sit down and get to know you—your lifestyle, vision, and goals. No pressure, just a conversation.

2. Design & Planning

We’ll help assemble the right team (architects, designers, engineers), or we’ll work with yours. Your team lead (either founder Gary Fuller or partner Luke Sprague) participates directly in early design discussions to ensure buildability and long-term performance.

3. Budgeting & Preconstruction

We get granular. Everything is itemized and transparent. No vague estimates, no surprises.

4. Construction

Your team lead serves as builder, project manager, and site supervisor. That means everything flows through one point of contact—ensuring consistency, accountability, and top-tier craftsmanship.

5. Finishes & Details

We’ll help you select everything from flooring to faucets. Our project leads are known for going the extra mile—even accompanying clients on shopping trips if they need it.

6. Move-In & Follow-up

Your home is done—but we’re still here. We provide a one-year warranty with a six-month walkthrough, plus a seven-year structural warranty for peace of mind.
