As Partner at ONE Residential Builders, Luke manages everything from excavation to the final punch list. He works closely with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to make sure every detail aligns with the vision—and nothing slips through the cracks. Whether he’s walking the site with a homeowner or double-checking specs with a framer, Luke’s mindset is simple: build it right, communicate clearly, and don’t cut corners.
Though early in his career, Luke brings real-world experience well beyond his years. He grew up working in physically demanding jobs—logging, landscaping, excavation—and learned early that he wasn’t meant for a desk. A project management class in college sparked his interest in building, and he hasn’t looked back.
Luke has already helped lead on numerous luxury projects in Denver, including a standout build on 30th Avenue in the Highlands—designed by one of the firm’s architects—which featured curved walls and intricate metalwork. “It wasn’t a cookie-cutter build,” Luke says. “It had character. It pushed me, and I loved that.”
Clients consistently appreciate Luke’s openness and follow-through. He’s big on proactive communication—keeping homeowners informed and involved every step of the way—and makes a point to build strong relationships throughout each project. “If there’s a problem, I’m going to tell you right away,” he says. “And we’ll figure it out together.”
